His mind is no better than that of an occupy protester. He wants to do all sorts of punishing to the greedy corporations and banks, but when pressed on how he accomplishes any of his vision he is clueless.
He has no idea if it is legal, if the legislation branch has the power to implement his decrees, or if it’s just executive fiat he’d have to rely on.
He’s simply a loser trying to get even with perceived winners and he hasn’t thought out if there would be any unintended consequences to his megalomania.
