The Gambia President Departs With $11 Million, A Royce and A Bentley

The secession crisis in the West African nation of The Gambia came to an end this weekend as President Yahya Jemmeh took a flight out of the nation this weekend.  It appears that Jemmeh was able to delay his departure long enough to load up two luxury cars and $11.3 million from the state coffers on a cargo plane.   At last report, there were ten other cargo planes awaiting departure.

  3. Did anyone notice that Barack and Michelle’s plane could not land in Palm Springs Saturday evening because it was too stormy.

    Sure put a wet blanket on the homage ceremonies prepared for them.

    They had to land about 60 miles away, instead.

    How nice is that?
