  1. Fiber is for poor people, communists, and jackasses who can’t figure out which terlet to use.

Eat yer spinach. Spinach is how Popeye defeated Kid Mustard back 31′.

  2. Wow, Bob Lablaw. I just watched the first bit of that video and I agree wholeheartedly! I have been on a low carb ‘diet’ since April 2018. I actually don’t think of it as a diet anymore because I feel so much better than I have in the last decade. It is no longer a diet, but my lifestyle. Thing is, I thought I’d die without potato chips, doughnuts and ice cream. I’m still here!

And regarding fiber and digestion … I have better digestion NOW than ever before.

  3. @Aaron Burr – I like raw spinach a lot, but when you cook it it gets all slimy and nasty and needs to be diluted with massive amounts of bacon bits and a little American Yellow Mustard.

    Edited P.S. – I have worn my All-American Handlebar Mustache since 1969. Egad! That’s a half century!

  4. Canadians and Jim Jones cultists cook spinach. He-men and the heroically unshaven fight each other in an open field for the right to pluck raw spinach straight from the ground before masticating it with dirt clods.

    Balance, right?

…. guess that explains a lot

modern wheat, in any form, is not healthy …. period!

Can I join the thread, Mr. Burr? I love my spinach raw. And organic. And I only shave below the neck. Everywhere below the neck. Grrr.

  9. No.

This spinach thread is for he-men and the heroically unshaven. Like Santa Claus and/or Domino from Deadpool 2.

Further, spinach eaters don’t ask. THEY TAKE. FUELED WITH THE SAME GREEN NUTRIENTS THAT POWER THE MIGHTY HULK SPINACH EATERS PUNCH THE MOON IN ITS EYE AND CRACK WALNUTS WITH THEIR PINKY TOES.

I myself fight polar bears on Tuesdays in order to keep the local Injun tribe swathed in fur and stuffed full of bear grease through the long cold winter nights.

P.S. Lennie is obviously in league with the Kaiser.

  11. Headline earlier said this study refuted low carb. No, it was just clickbait. You can have plenty of fiber totally without wheat. Besides, my thyroid is not attacking itself since I gave up gluten. Coincidence? Nope.

  12. Britain?
Problem with that fiber-diet bullshit is how long you can avoid a knife-attack by a screaming fukkin raghead before you die from some fiber-deprivation?

And, nobody in Britain wants to live, anyway! Why else would they import rat-people and opt to be killed by socialized medicine?

Now, they can die hungry and flatulent.
