Mona Lisa Speaks – IOTW Report

Mona Lisa Speaks

Deep Fake videos are getting spooky.

They just have to add a voice to this Mona Lisa clip.

When I first saw this clip I had no idea what was going on.

Hader did an impersonation of Al Pacino and I thought, “wow, he’s actually able to make himself look like Pacino.’

The Deep Fake author put just enough of Pacino into it to make me freak out a little.

Take a look. The Arnold impression is spooky, too.

  1. This is scary because they will be able to actually put words in your mouth via avatars.

They might even be able to use this to make Nancy Pelosi seem coherent.

  2. The whole lost world will gladly worship an unliving image that, by Satan’s power, moves and speaks so convincingly that it will be taken as 100% real. We’re not there yet but at this rate it won’t be long.

Bigger question is, who could possibly imagine such technology 2,000 years ago?

Answer: none but God, Who knows the end from the beginning.

  3. OLD FAKE NEWS AGAIN

  4. The upside is that all Hollywood actors/actresses will be out of work eventually. Why would a studio pay millions to some bimbo when they can pay a couple of thousand to a guy sitting in his basement and can manipulate any photo of anyone to create a new movie?

  5. F4U,

The biggest drawing stars, or their surviving families/estates, will license the stars’ likenesses to be duplicated via computer images into any new setting imaginable. Imagine Bogie in a sequel to Casablanca. Within 20 years it’ll probably be doable and completely believable. I can easily imagine William Shatner jumping at the chance to have his 1967 likeness appearing in new Star Trek episodes, if the technology existed today. I find the guy entertaining but his ego would probably love it.

The rest will be “new” actors and actresses who will be literal non-persons…cartoons.
