President Donald Trump said he was issuing an executive order that requires all federal agencies to submit preexisting information about citizens and non-citizens to the Department of Commerce.
The Census Bureau said it could figure out the citizenship status of 90 percent or more of the population through the move, Trump said. And that this would be more accurate than using the citizenship question on the census.
“We will leave no stone unturned,” he said. more
The number of citizens is critical in getting the numbers of Reps for each state.
The chief justice must have a streak of Alzheimer’s if he thinks that is not important to the states.

Do you think the Federal agencies in the “Sanctuary States” will abide by this Executive Order? Nah, they’ll keep their total number of illegals hidden, even if it costs them seats in the House & Fed money. Then they’ll scream they are going bankrupt without this Fed money, as they continue to turn into worse chitholes on a daily basis.
Not wanting to know how many non-citizens we have when you plan on giving them all services is stupidity on the same scale as giving Iran pallets of cash and telling them not to spend it all on terrorism.

The Social Security Administration can provide all of this information. If you don’t have a SSA number your probably illegal. If your SSA number doesn’t match your name then your defiantly illegal….SSA has known this for decades and so has everyone involved in government….

The Democrats may have inadvertently forced a true count of citizens and non citizens without the complication of people not answering the question or lying on the form. Any person working and paying Social Security will be listed along with country of origin. If they aren’t paying SS, then it will also raise a flag. To top it off…the Executive Branch can share any data within itself as much as it wants, so ICE will also have that information! Brilliant!
And screw Roberts and his naked aggression toward the American people. The genius of Trump was to find an alternative. The commies of the ACLU are promising to contest the executive order he will be issuing to the agencies who have the information which he wanted to solicit on the form, and coming up with a more accurate number, because people may lie in interviews, but not when they seek welfare benefits, social security etc. the commie lawyers and their hand picked commie judges will have to contend with the fact that the Supreme Court did say the Administration had the right to ask the question, AND the information Trump will solicit in lieu of the doing so on the form, is government information within the purview of the Executive Branch.

F—k paying all the door-to-door census workers this decade. Pool that money on research/statistic/Database workers to go through the data that Trump is requiring. This is a new era. Door-to-door is so 1950’s. We can figure this out without going door-to-door.

I do not understand why he didn’t just say “I am undoing the prior removal of the question from the census. I disagree with the reasons for removing it and thus I am restoring the question.”

Why is the below law not being enforced? Today Nancy Pelosi broke the law by aiding and abetting illegal immigrants by telling them how to evade ICE to induce them to not leave the United States. Sanctuary Cities/States, Majority of House, etc. are aiding and abetting by encouraging aliens to enter the United States. Why is this law being ignored. What about the Rule of Law. Who is making the decision not to enforce this?
Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).
Penalties — The basic statutory maximum penalty for violating 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(i) and (v)(I) (alien smuggling and conspiracy) is a fine under title 18, imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both. With regard to violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(ii)-(iv) and (v)(ii), domestic transportation, harboring, encouraging/inducing, or aiding/abetting, the basic statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 5 years, unless the offense was committed for commercial advantage or private financial gain, in which case the maximum term of imprisonment is 10 years. In addition, significant enhanced penalties are provided for in violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1) involving serious bodily injury or placing life in jeopardy. Moreover, if the violation results in the death of any person, the defendant may be punished by death or by imprisonment for any term of years.
