House Intel Committee To Hear About Handling Of Intel Whistleblower Complaint

Los Angeles Times

U.S. intelligence officials have agreed to meet with the House Intelligence Committee, apparently ending a standoff over a still-mysterious whistleblower’s report.

The agreement was announced Wednesday evening, hours before the Washington Post reported, citing unnamed sources, that the complaint involved communications between President Trump and a foreign leader. The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the Post report. Intelligence Chairman Adam B. Schiff (D-Burbank) also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The intelligence community inspector general, Michael Atkinson, will appear at a closed briefing on Thursday morning to discuss “the handling of the whistleblower complaint,” the committee said in a statement on Wednesday evening. More

SNIP: The Left is worried about the IG report due out, so they will try and smear Trump any way they can.

  1. I am much more interested in what agency was spying
on the Office of The President of The United States,
who authorized it and with what authority
under what statutes of our Laws.
I could give a damn less about a snake claiming
    to be a whistleblower.

  2. Whistleblowers? Their patron saint is the Office of Special Counsel, which is headed by former McCain staffer Henry Kerner. The same Henry Kerner who supported IRS harassment of Tea Party groups. The same Henry Kerner who just three months ago recommended the firing of Kellyanne Conway for Hatch Act violations.

This is just another desperate Deep State action.
