  1. There are women who are truly comfortable wearing a burka. It hides not only their face, but their entire body.
    Those who like wearing masks are the same sort of people. In both cases, they have become comfortable hiding from others. It is truly sad to imagine, but I think that is part of the ongoing masking.

    But then there are the dumb people who still believe the masks make a difference.

  2. My veteran brother was diagnosed with cancer in his sinus cavities at the beginning of Covid.
    He had successful operation which left him with a disfigured face and the timing for wearing a mask was very convenient.
    The VA has been dragging their feet all this time about getting him a new nose.
