Donald Trump is planning to bring up the subject of Hunter Biden and his current legal cases during his upcoming debate with incumbent President Joe Biden.
The two candidates are scheduled to appear in their first debate on June 27. The debate will be hosted by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash at CNN headquarters in Atlanta.
The debate precedes Hunter’s federal trial for gun charges by just a few weeks. Insiders close to Trump, speaking to the New York Post, revealed that the GOP nominee’s strategy for the debates will be to pivot questions about his own legal battles by bringing up the president’s son as well as Biden’s connection to him.
