According to Realtor.com this ranch style home just coming onto the market, in Sanger, TX, was the hottest showing on the internet this last week. At a median listing of $232,000 for the area, this place is priced at just under $90,000. Just recycling all the Natural Light beer cans should be enough for a down payment.

I can only imagine what the interior smells like and what other ‘surprises’ may be in the filth and the rooms not pictured.
Gonna be some minor ratmouse infestations. Just minor:)
I was a claims adjuster many years ago and I had to check damage at a home that looked like this but just replace the beer cans with vodka bottles. I’m sure the gentlemans insides looked worse than the inside of the home.
Frat House?
The spiderweb drapes are just lovely. Would they take 100.00 for the property? Pesos?
“How Do You Fix
A Broken HeartAn Empty Case Of Beer?”That song always brought a tear to my eye…
Anybody who actually drinks Natural Light would obviously think this is the norm.
The previous owner, a Mexican national, thought this is how you become a naturalized citizen.
I was a Realtor who specialized in foreclosures for 13 years. This is not only “normal,” it’s actually pretty tame. My trashout guy would’ve been ecstatic at this find!
You ever watch “extreme hoarding” on (IIRC) TLC? Some of those eps were stomach turning.
Damn near $89k worth of ‘luminum there.
