According to Realtor.com this ranch style home just coming onto the market, in Sanger, TX, was the hottest showing on the internet this last week. At a median listing of $232,000 for the area, this place is priced at just under $90,000. Just recycling all the Natural Light beer cans should be enough for a down payment.
I can only imagine what the interior smells like and what other ‘surprises’ may be in the filth and the rooms not pictured.

I was a claims adjuster many years ago and I had to check damage at a home that looked like this but just replace the beer cans with vodka bottles. I’m sure the gentlemans insides looked worse than the inside of the home.
