NBC: The brain of former NFL star and convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez will be turned over to a center for study about possible brain trauma, authorities said Thursday, after an attorney for his family accused them of “illegally” withholding it.
The announcement that Hernandez’ brain will be released to researchers came after the chief state medical examiner ruled Hernandez’ death a suicide.
“Now that the cause and manner of death have been determined, the brain will be released to Boston University’s Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy Center as Mr. Hernandez’s family wishes,” the statement from the district attorney’s office and police said.

That’s his family’s fault for keeping the press on this. I’m curious to see if his family tries to sue the NFL for making him a thug because of his concussions. Even though he was a thug before he started playing. The NFL has it coming because of their SJW bullshit. Pretty soon, the fans will be able to sue because football is so violent and it triggers their Dindu Nuffins to commit crimes.

Because of a weird law in Massachusetts, the fact that he was in the process of appealing is conviction, and he died before the appeal was decided, the courts will likely vacate his conviction. That could result in the Patriots having to pay 3.5 million dollars of his bonus that he was under contract to receive before being arrested. You’re right, his family will keep this going.
MJA, yes, everything you’ve said is true. In his college days Tim Teebow tried to keep him out of trouble. With little success. His issues had nothing to do with concussions. Sadly he just couldn’t get past the drugs and the ghetto. I know a few like this so I’m probably a lot more sympathetic than some. One I know is one of my oldest sons ex girl friends. Beautiful girl. In june the news reports: Boston Universities CTE Center has concluded, after extensive testing on the brain tissue, that Mr. Hernandez,s behavior was not caused by repeated trauma caused by football injuries. The spokesman for the study group stated: Its simple really, he was an asshole.
A walnut sized brain shouldn’t be difficult to transport.
