At first reading, the title of the research paper – A Study of Lunar Research Flights, Vol 1 – sounds blandly bureaucratic and peaceful. The kind of paper easy to ignore. And that was probably the point.
Glance at the cover, however, and things look a little different.
Emblazoned in the centre is a shield depicting an atom, a nuclear bomb, and a mushroom cloud – the emblem of the Air Force Special Weapons Center at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, which played a key role in the development and testing of nuclear weapons. More
Speaking of nukes…just watched the trailer for Oppenheimer.
Looks good.
Also, they didn’t use a black actor to play him which is unique these days in Hollywood.

BTW Frank Fleming was a writer for Babylon Bee, now writes kids shows for Daily Wire. I follow him on twitter, @IMAO_
^^^^^ Please have Oppenheimer historically/factually accurate with no woke revisionist crap. I read American Prometheus about 10 years ago;

The guy’s life was interesting enough, don’t embellish.
I’m also jazzed about the new Equalizer 3 coming out in a couple of months. Such a great concept; a retired black ops agent who makes up for all the bad shit he did in his life by now doing good, helping the helpless, and bringing the pain to bad guys.
Whoops, I guess Frank was 40-something years behind the times. 🙂 Shoulda read the article first – the plan was hatched in the 1950s.
Wait for the Chinese Moon Base, then nuke it.
