Carter is a mean old bastard as well. Not well liked. He can build all the houses for charity he wants but, as a former president, he should just keep those peanut butter covered lips shut. He just went off about our President the other day while, at the same time, holding a privelged life membership in the Worst American Presidents of the United States club. I love the line in the movie “Shane” when Alan Ladd (Shane) walks into a saloon where the old bastard of a gang boss calls him out for even showing up. Shane replies: “Yeah. You’ve lived too long.” The best line in the entiire movie in my opinion a few moments before the guns start.
