Chik-fil-A On Top

TruthRevolt– A survey of American fast food patrons puts Chik-fil-A on top and McDonald’s on the bottom.

Once the center of nationwide controversy and boycotting by progressive activists over its founder’s personal position on same-sex marriage, the chicken sandwich hotspot made its first appearance on the American Customer Satisfaction Index poll of fast food eaters and came out with a chart-topping score of 86. Second on the list this year was another first-timer in the “Limited Service” category, Chipolte, which scored an 83 in overall customer satisfaction.

  1. Yea Chik-fil-A – Good food, good service and no 9-11 calls from unemployed, uninformed, barely-aware, dope-smoking, self-absorbed, celebrity-obsessed, food-stamp wielding, Escalade driving, Kool-Aid drinking, free-loading, government-dependent morons wondering why they can’t get their Big Mac!

  2. Always clean and bathrooms checked every 15 minutes. Pleasant, courteous, professional staff not wearing 3 nose rings, eye brow rings, 4 lip rings and a tat that says ‘F… You’. They know the meaning of hospitality and will refill your drinks and bring items you may forgotten like napkins
Love the market salad and spicy chicken. It’s Peach Milk Shake season!

  3. I keep waiting for a Chik-Fil-A to open in New York City. When that fat, obnoxious bull dyke Christine Quinn was Council Speaker, she told the franchise that they were not welcome in NYC because, you guessed it, the management’s opinion on gay marriage did not coincide with her own.

Anyone who wants to know why New York City’s economy sucks eggs need look no further than the City Council. It’s like these guys lay awake at night dreaming up new ways to drive businesses out of the city.

  4. I’m not surprised that McD’s scored so low. They have a number of major problems on their plate right now most of which are of their own making. The first problem is staff. With 36,000 stores now and the competition for good people being what it is they can’t get the hard working people they used to. In addition the work ethic has changed over the last 30 years or so and that means the people they get aren’t even close to the same caliber as the crews that were responsible for the lightning like expansion of the late 60’s, 70’s and early 80’s.

In the late 90’s and all of 00’s they’ve been expanding their menu and gotten completely away from what drove their growth, a simple uncomplicated menu of good food at good prices in a restaurant that was clean and well maintained. Add a complex menu to a mediocre staff and management and your sales will drop. In fact last year they’re system sales were down about 5% and this year seems to be running at a 3% drop.

It will be interesting to see how they react to this. They’re closing 800 stores worldwide this alone and not opening nearly as many new ones. They ought to take a handful of stores and convert them back to the stores of the mid 70’s and with a couple of exception take the menu’s as well as the processes back as well. Drive some advertising promoting these Retro McD’s and see how well they do. I suspect the public will react well.

On another note it’s interesting to see Pizzahut, Domino’s and Little Ceasar’s on the list placed relatively highly. I’ve seen a few other survey’s that firmly place them at the bottom.

  5. I finally tried Chick-fil-A-at lunchtime, what a line! Service was great, place was very clean. Food was OK, NBD. Frankly I don’t see the ravings.

First fast food type place I’ve eaten at in over 30 years.

  6. I was on vacation recently and had opportunity to sample some burgers.

Double whopper with everything – OMG, mouth watering, perfect, enormous. Burger King indeed.

Wendy’s double baconater – Pretty good, seemed a little small for the price, but was good and tasty, not as good as the BK.

McD double 1/4 pounder with cheese. It was actually very good. Big, real meat, tasted good. Reminded me of a small whopper.

Of course, the mcD was at O’Hare airport so the staff was one order of magnitude above what you’d get in the hood or something, but still, I’ll be getting that again sometime. I’ve actually never had that before, the double 1/4 pounder. Better than the Big Mac, I’d like to get the Mac sauce on the double 1/4lb.

  7. Remember when some left wing nuts were calling for a boycott of Chik-fil-A? The result was stores all over the country with lines out the door to show support for the company. God rewards those who are faithful to Him and the founder Mr. Cathy always was.

  8. I’ve loved McDonald’s since I was in grade school and I have two pieces of advice:
    1. Stick to making great burgers, fries, and Filet o’ Fish.
    2. Stop catering to the lowest common denominator in all your ads. It’s an insult to good people everywhere that support you.
