Court orders Antifa teacher to pay thousands in damages

Daily caller: A California court ordered a prominent Antifa activist and teacher to pay thousands of dollars in damages to a former University of California, Berkeley student, according to a Friday report.

Yvette Felarca, a teacher at Martin Luther King Jr. middle school, must pay $11,000 in damages to Troy Worden, the former president of UC Berkeley College Republicans, reported Campus Reform.

The Superior Court of Alameda County issued the ruling after the dismissal of a restraining order filed by Felarca against Worden. Worden and lawyer Mark Meuser subsequently sued the teacher for attorney expenses and damages.  more here

  1. I’m not sure that it’s actually damages she’s paying. From what I read it’s his legal fees and there were no punitive award. I would have thought besides fees the Judge would have also awarded (or at least fined her assuming that the law allowed that) a fairly high award as a warning to her and others that her actions are dangerous and will not be tolerated.

  2. You even show a beach picture of yourself on FACEBOOK and they parents will get a teacher fired.

This crazy runs a hate organization and keeps her job.

    Laws are for Republicans.
