A New York prosecutor handling child endangerment cases abruptly resigned just days after he was filmed running from vigilante pedophile hunters in a Target car lot.

Fordham Law School graduate William CC Kemp-Neal had allegedly arranged to meet a 13-year-old boy outside the Mount Vernon store when he was confronted by members of the group Dads Against Predators.

When one approached him to ask if he was ‘Marcus,’ the 30-year-old bolted across the lot before being grabbed by a passer-by and wrestled to the ground. More
