DOJ Drops Civil Rights Investigation Into New York’s Handling Of Nursing Homes

The Justice Department has decided not to open a civil rights investigation into government-run nursing homes in New York over their COVID-19 response, according to a letter sent Friday to several Republican members of Congress.

Under former President Donald Trump’s administration, the department’s civil rights division requested data last August from four states — New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan — about the number of COVID-19 infections and deaths in public nursing homes. More

    The democrat socialists have the reigns of government and their weaponized federal agencies.

    Justice is no longer blind, she just looks the other way.

  2. Family of victims have been given the unequivocal message that government has forfeited any vestiges of legitimacy in holding claim to monopoly on dispensation of justice.

    The concept of vigilantism only has legitimacy if, and only while, the government is making a good faith effort. This case doesn’t even pass the straight face test.
