Wow, Bob Lablaw. I just watched the first bit of that video and I agree wholeheartedly! I have been on a low carb ‘diet’ since April 2018. I actually don’t think of it as a diet anymore because I feel so much better than I have in the last decade. It is no longer a diet, but my lifestyle. Thing is, I thought I’d die without potato chips, doughnuts and ice cream. I’m still here!
And regarding fiber and digestion … I have better digestion NOW than ever before.
@Aaron Burr – I like raw spinach a lot, but when you cook it it gets all slimy and nasty and needs to be diluted with massive amounts of bacon bits and a little American Yellow Mustard.

Headline earlier said this study refuted low carb. No, it was just clickbait. You can have plenty of fiber totally without wheat. Besides, my thyroid is not attacking itself since I gave up gluten. Coincidence? Nope.
