Given the woman’s state, she doesn’t seem to be one of the people who tipped Bentel to Clinto’s security lapse with her own server.
Given Bentel’s attitude I wouldn’t be surprised if he wasn’t brow beaten at some time by Madame secretary.
My inclination is that it is not the FBI, but the political appointments that have been put in charge of the FBI who are responsible for this.

If that woman had any decency in her at all, she would tell the people she works for – us – everything she knows.
