It’s weird how the elected ones fight tooth and nail against term limits and die in office, but the unelected ones retire early with fat pensions and slip comfortably into the private sector for ten more years.

I fully understand why the founding fathers did not set up ‘term limits’ but their failure to do so has proven to be a big mistake. They weren’t counting on massive voter cheating.
