Patriot Retort: Shouldn’t her “civic responsibility” include testifying under oath?
The Senate Judiciary Committee has announced that they will delay the Kavanaugh vote in order to hold hearings this Monday on these last minute accusations against him.
But as yet, Kavanaugh’s accuser has not agreed to attend.
Odd, isn’t it?
She told the Washington Post on Sunday that it was her “civic responsibility” to come forward and tell her story publicly.
But apparently telling her story publicly while under oath isn’t included.

“We still haven’t heard from Dr. Ford, so do they want to have the hearing or not?” Grassley said during an interview with Salem Radio host Hugh Hewitt Tuesday morning. “We have reached out to her in the last 36 hours, three or four times by email and we have not heard from them. It kind of raises the question do they want to come to the public hearing or not? The reason we’re having the public hearing is obviously, well number one, accusations like this deserve consideration and looking into and that’s what the purpose of the hearing is. We wouldn’t be having the hearing if Dr. Ford told the Washington Post and other people publicly she wanted to testify.”
I mean, her attorney – who by the way is the co-chair of a Soros-funded organization opposing Kavanaugh’s nomination – has been all over television. Read more here.

According to FNC the Ford camp has only a very narrow process on how to contact them, and Grassley has yet to guess the correct one.
They should be told it’s their responsibility to contact Grassley, the game clock is still counting down to game over, game delaying tactics will not be tolerated, and points scored after time has expired don’t count.
Since I am a Doctor of Education and am an OLD, OLD, WHITE WOMAN and have always been a democrat except when Hilary Clinton was running but of course I would have voted for Donald Trump because of his intellect in any event–I have studied all of this information and my gut feeling is that this woman has gotten caught up in some belief or agenda which has caused her to cook up this story about BK. I don’t think for one moment it ever happened. I also think she was so stupid that she really thought her letter divulging her name would remain confidential. As you all know having a Doctorate does not prevent you from doing very stupid things. It could be that her belief is pro-abortion because he will vote on limiting some of the powers it now states, or something totally different. Hopefully she will not make the mistake of testifying because she will be found out and the country will be better off if she stays in hiding until the vote is over. The question now is what if BK’s Confirmation does not pass?
