In a story that should shock nobody, a college professor from a far-left university has been arrested by federal law enforcement officials for lying to officials about his ties to a Chinese school, and a program aimed at furthering that country’s scientific development, economic prosperity and national security.
Charles Lieber, chairman of the university’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology department, was taken into custody at his office. Lieber was charged with one count of making a materially false, fictitious and fraudulent statement—and was set to appear Tuesday in federal court in Boston, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the District of Massachusetts. Another arrest was made in Boston on Monday, of medical student, Zaosong Zheng, a Chinese national who”tried to smuggle vials of research specimens in a sock packed in his suitcase bound for China. Zheng is alleged to have stolen the materials from his lab at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, as part of China’s longstanding effort to acquire intellectual property from American colleges and universities.” More

There is no separation between Chinese companies, academics and the Chicom government. They are one in the same.
Anyone here from China and working at sensitive US companies or who remain Chinese nationals and teaching or attending US universities should be treated as spies. Because they are.
Both for intelligence and theft of intellectual property. They do not assimmilate.
Until we start punishing them like the Rosenberg’s this will continue to happen. Jails not scary enough.
Seems like none of our “best and brightest” have one fucking iota of patriotism. Meanwhile China has their own inculcated version of Manifest Destiny but on a global level. Think of how many American born, Canadian born, German, English etc., Sudents could have been in these programs rather than Chinese students & profs who have split loyalties.
They should train their own fuckin students.
Cost of university would also be cheaper since locals would not be competing against foreign students who pay more.
Short term financial loss but a longer term gain due to less intellectual property theft!!!!!!!!!
