Not broad enough. Another suit needs to be brought against every state where there is evidence of Dominion vote tampering. And that one needs to result in the entire election being declared VOID.

I also read at least 7 other States & as many as 10 are joining Texas in this lawsuit. Let’s hope every State that President Trump joins in.
I’m not sure shat Xpert said or why, but everything I’ve read or heard about this law suit all say the same thing. If one state sues another the Supremes are oblicated to hear it.
I understand when states (and several states) sue each other they can’t go to lower courts. If the entire state of Wyoming sues the entire state of New York, why would Wyoming go to a New York court? They’d be prejudiced.

If we win this because the SC says the mail in ballot laws were unconsitutional, and they do nothing about the vote dump fraud, the dominion algorithms, and the kicking out of gop poll watchers, then this victory will mean very little in the long scheme of things. It will just put back the azz fking we’re going to get a few more years.

Brad, Dershowitz didn’t think Supremes would take the case but if they did he said it would likely fail. Also read that Texas makes the claim that they will be “injured” via the vice presidential tie-break on Senate rulings.
The Pennsylvania case is still pending before The Supreme Court, they were only granted injunctive relief if I am reading the ruling correctly.

The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.
