FOX: A Georgia grand jury on Tuesday indicted Jose Ibarra, the suspect charged in Augusta University student Laken Riley’s murder, on 10 counts, court documents show.
Ibarra, a 26-year-old illegal immigrant from Venezuela, is accused of killing Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student, while she was out for a run along dirt trails on the University of Georgia campus in Athens on Feb. 22.
The grand jury indicted Ibarra on counts of malice murder, two counts of kidnapping with bodily injury, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to rape, two counts of aggravated battery, obstructing or hindering a person from making a 911 call, tampering with evidence and being a “peeping Tom.”
Ibarra is accused of causing Riley’s death by inflicting blunt-force trauma to her head and “asphyxiating her in a manner unknown to jurors,” the indictment states.
The suspect is also accused of going to an apartment on UGA‘s “University Village Housing Building ‘S,'” where he “peeped through” a window and “spied upon” a university staff member on the same day he allegedly killed Riley, the indictment alleges. MORE

Why was he indicted on TWO counts of some of the crimes?
Yep, bury him headfirst in an ant hill full of pissed off fire ants and cover him with honey. That’ll do the trick and let them lick his bones clean. This bastard does not deserve to live, execute him immediately and rid the world of bad garbage. And let the rest of these murdering illegal aliens that they’re next if they kill another young girl or anyone else for that matter.

With the way “justice” is meted out these days, they may just drop the murder charges and convict him of being a Peeping Tom.
As the Prosecutor may explain it: It would be a nightmare for us to convict him of murder. President Biden has already informed us to be considerate of the fact that he didn’t understand English and had only a 2nd grade education from Venezuela, and also the victim said the girl attacked him first with swear words and a finger gesture.
Besides, he has already lined up a pro bono powerful defense team – a New York law firm of Lowman and Shyster. Rather than expose our citizens to years of grueling litigation, we concluded it would be a lot easier to convict him of Peeping. He can then cool his heels in prison for a couple of years and learn to be more human and understanding of other people. Our job is to educate citizens that a murder is just another statistic in the FBI files, nothing more.
