A rewrite of the lyrics to “Imagine” was way past due. Kudos!
And on the second song: Yes, the Left is “cray – a – zee.”
I’m probably one of the few of my generation who despised the Beatles (so many better bands out there at the time).
Lennon was not one of my favorites.
You have to practice a lot to be able to defend yourself against someone who out of the blue pulls a gun on you.
Lennon still would have been shot. When your a celebrity of his stature,hundreds of people approach him weekly
you can’t pull your gun on all them.
Rarely does a stranger approach me, so I would put my hand on my gun and or pull it.
Not much he could have done especially had he been high

I remember way back listening to the radio and some guy called in asking for the station to play a song for lennons birthday or something, they obliged by playing Happiness is a warm gun.
