What do you hear?

Laurel or Yanny?

I think it has to do with your speakers, the volume and if you give a $hit.

For the record, of heard Yarry and then nothing but Laurel. I never heard Yanny.

  1. “Yanny” was what I heard first but then it became prominently “Laurel.” I can hear both at the same time, actually. My wife hears “yanny,” and she’s always right.

  2. All I heard was Laurel, although to be fair I couldn’t care less if it was Yanny. I’m more concerned about the fact that when playing it backward, it sounded like my dog demanding I take out the postman.

  3. heard nothing but ‘Laurel’ … but it’s a Hearing Test to try to understand what you don’t hear … & I don’t hear A LOT! …. understand?
… btw, what was that 2 beats at the end, alternately loud in one & soft in the next?

    … & I can’t stand that flute guy, Yanni

  4. Yesterday I heard “Yanny” at first, but the more I played it, the more it sounded like “Yaurel”. Today I can only hear “Laurel”, no matter how many times I try it. I don’t understand what’s going on here.

All I know is that Raymond Shaw is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful
human being I’ve ever known in my life.
