TC Energy Corp is seeking more than $15 billion in damages from the U.S. government over the cancellation of its Keystone XL (KXL) project, the Canadian pipeline operator said on Friday.

The company earlier this month officially canceled the $9 billion project after U.S. President Joe Biden revoked a key permit needed to build it on his first day in office in January.

TC Energy said on Friday it had filed a notice of intent to begin a legacy North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) claim under the United States-Mexico-Canada agreement. More

  1. Along with his other megalomaniacal programs this diminished cretin thinks he’s going to save the earth from global warming.
Worse yet, another equally imbecilic stooge is eagerly waiting in the wings to replace him.

  2. 0.04% of the atmosphere is CO2, 3% of that 0.04% is caused by man, 97% by nature. If the USA was carbon neutral today, the reduction from 3% of 0.04% of man made CO2 would be so small it wouldn’t even register in the global calculation. It would literally still be 3% of 0.04%.

    But progress, amiright?

  3. Joe & the Demos are Pissed Off that they were not able to get Positions on the Boards of Enbridge & TC Energy. They are both Legit world Class companies. So they had to settle for East European Energy Companies like Burisma etc.

Joe WISHES he had been able to insert his Kid Hunter onto a board of either company but it goes against the Global Warming Shit & the Anti Energy policies of the Democraps. Plus they pay by Check, not illegal transferes & sacks of money.

  4. Take the award out of the billions gifted to the foreign enemies of our once-great Republic.
…And the kickbacks from china, russia etc.
Defund Fauxci and take that too. Every nickle. And toss his ass in jail while you’re at it.

    It’s a start…

  5. Why would any company, small business or organization invest large sums of money in the United States with the persistent uncertainty of the governments’ schizophrenic record of lawmaking? With new and most times unnecessary and/or completely insane laws from Congress and regulations from unelected agencies / individuals being created or changed daily, one operates in an environment of complete uncertainty. It is no wonder the citizenry has lost all confidence in their government to do what is in the best interest of the people.
