The shooter is just standing there ripe for the picking if only Parisians were legally allowed to carry guns.
It’s actually very difficult to watch so many people cowering in fear with no ability to “fight back”. I’ve commented before and is worth saying again, reminds me of the westerns where the bad guys ride into town, guns ablazin’ and everyone runs for cover like a bunch of cockroaches when the lights are turned on.
