May Flowers and Critters

Images from:

1) Little Sis (Bumblebee) Taken at Kellogg Forest in Augusta, MI
2) bluebird of bitterness (Scruffy)
3) Claudia (Baltimore Oriole) He conked himself loopy flying into the window. Took this picture while he was recovering on the flower basket, then he flew away a few minutes later. Whew.
4) Claudia (Wildflower and bug) Snapped this picture on one of my walks last year near my house
5) Anita (Pearl) Momma was full Pyrenees; Daddy was neighbor’s hound, just passing through. Three years old and taking time to smell the flowers

  1. Thank you for our Sunday Slowdown and Smell The Roses, Lady C. Critters are always good, but Critters and May flowers are even better. A nice demonstration that God still makes good no matter what a mess people make of it.

…and I’m sure you know that April showers bring May flowers.

…but do you know what May flowers bring?

    God Bless,

  2. There’s a little cotton tail bunny running around my back yard this spring. I see it once in a while. I haven’t had an opportunity to photograph it yet.
The resident geese (rats with wings) have hatched their goslings in the meadow near me. There are at least four and they are about fist size already. Still covered in down.
