Montana Legislature Passes Bill To Prohibit Employers Requiring A Vaccine

Conservative Brief-

American freedoms under an unprecedented assault by the “public-private partnership” that exists between Washington and corporations. It is increasingly clear that the government is counting on big businesses to do their dirty work for them.

The Constitution remains an obstacle to such sweeping governmental actions as national mask mandates and mandatory vaccinations. However, the Biden regime will be relying heavily on increased coercion from its corporate partners to enforce compliance from the general public. more here

“Being a holdout is going to get REAL interesting at some point.”

“16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads,

17 that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark or the name of the beast or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom: Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man; and his number is six hundred threescore and six.”

  2. ” My health and my life is more important than any one job.”

Is it more important than, say, being able to work at all, buy food, access medical treatment, access to your banking and money, etc. etc. etc?

That’s where it is going to end up going, and maybe fairly quickly. It will be worse than trying to live without a social security number is now, and you need to start thinking about how you are going to handle it before you are forced to.

  3. I have @ 400 bosses currently. It fluctuates for many reasons. Sometimes I have to let one go, sometimes one lets me go, but there are always more to replace them.

If not being vaccinated loses one of them for me, It’s just a weeding out of the undesirables. No single boss controls my income or happiness. I have no “problem” bosses. It’s a self-cleaning situation.

Self employed is the way to go for me.

  4. While I don’t like government interference in private business, my employment was never conditional upon being vaccinated against a particular virus. To change the terms of my employment now would be wrong.

For new hires, I’m not sure I want the government interfering. The private market should be able to sort that out.

  5. Corporate America has been the lickspittle of the FedGov since the passage of the 16th. In order to do business they must toe the gov’t line, bending over when told, hiring and firing whomever they’re told, and imposing really stupid, contrary, deleterious, and onerous burdens on themselves at the merest suggestion of gov’t. Pretty much why automobiles are shit and cost 5 times what they’re worth. Same with most everything manufactured, transported, and grown.

Corporate America hires legions of lawyers and countless hordes of bean-counters to comply with gov’t whims – including myriads of middle-management myrmidons who contribute absolutely nothing (with the possible exception of confusion) – though they necessitate the murders of millions of trees to support their lust for the printed word.

They will do as Joey’s puppet master directs.

  7. I fly over Twitter occasionally, and it is depressing. The latest thing all the twit trolls are glomming onto is “Everybody must get the jab to stop the deadly mutations, or you’re going to kill my grandma again, anti-science republicans”. And while they talk about carrots, they really would like to use the stick. It only makes me more determined to resist the jab mob. More states like Montana, please. I need bug-out options.

  8. Just got off the phone with a friend of mine here in our tiny town. She got her second shot on Tuesday, woke up unable to move very early Wednesday morning and was flown out (we’re more than 100 miles from the nearest medical facility). The doctors thought she had a heart attack but then quickly concentrated on her petechiae bruising and suspected blood clots. She got back home yesterday, but is still not well (blood pressure is very high and she has no energy) and will be off work the next week. Of course her doctors suspect a reaction from the vaccine. My prediction is the black market for vaccine documents will flourish.

Which will serve the purpose of those demanding the vaccines, it will change from documents to embedded vaccination records, which can be scanned to see them, probably in the form of quantum dots, but there are other methods that could be used, that are a part of the vaccine you receive.

No way to escape it then, no way to avoid being indelibly marked in your physical body with an irremovable mark.

  10. Abbott has a scumbag corrupt RINO the Texas State Congress in charge of the schedule to bring bills for a vote and our bill for preventing a requirement is stalled and likely won’t make it before the session closed. Along with any other bill to actually protect Texans from corporate authoritarian BS. Abbott SUCKS. He is beholden to all the big tech corps he has dragged here and Texas Instruments and others want to force vaccinations. And who can count on the courts anymore.
