The New York Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by Mayor Eric Adams attempting to block Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s migrant busing program. The ruling allows the State of Texas to continue busing migrants to New York City.
In a post on social media, Governor Abbott vowed to continue busing migrants from the Texas border region to New York City and other sanctuary cities. The ruling by the New York Supreme Court is the second legal victory for Abbott in as many days. more here

Like TX needs permission from a NY court? Bus more!! If not there bus them to DC. If they block access drop em off on the beltway. Better yet if TX had a Gov with balls they would use thier guard to shut the border down. If TX has to fire on HHS so be it.
But can Texas or any other State bus them back to their country of origin?
Quit giving the invaders free stuff and just maybe they’ll stop coming. Mayor Adams is just another NIMBY.

Sadly, the Several States are timid creatures (ha!) who have come to believe in their subservience to the Feds from decades of taking hand-outs from DC. Somewhere along the line it has been forgotten (or ignored) that this nation is composed of States – the FedGov CANNOT exist without them – DOES NOT exist without them. But the States, since the passage of the 17th, believe that they have no power, thus allowing the FedGov to run roughshod over them – stealing from “the People” (through the IRS) and handing some small portion to the ever-needy (greedy) states.
