Judicial Watch
Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.
E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, made the disclosure to Judicial Watch as part of court-ordered discovery into the Clinton email issue.
U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as Priestap, to be deposed or answer writer questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
The “non-exhaustive” list of those who had record of receiving e-mails from Hillary’s home server include

OK, I ask once again. At what point is there enough evidence in hand to start criminal proceedings? It seems like the strategy is to compile so much evidence that a trial isn’t even needed and the perps plead guilty and lock themselves in jail.
My company recently asked me to house their corporate servers at my apartment. They said that my guest bathroom would be an excellent location since it doesn’t get much use.

obama not only received emails from clinton’s bathroom server, he replied to them, and also initiated communications to that address.

The State Department has refused to make public that and other emails Clinton exchanged with Obama. Lawyers have cited the “presidential communications privilege,” a variation of executive privilege, in order to withhold the messages under the Freedom of Information Act.
The report doesn’t provide more details on the contents of that particular email exchange, but says it took place on June 28, 2012, and had the subject line: “Re: Congratulations.”
