Obama Received E-mails From Hillary’s Private Server

Judicial Watch

Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.

E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, made the disclosure to Judicial Watch as part of court-ordered discovery into the Clinton email issue.

U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as Priestap, to be deposed or answer writer questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”

  1. OK, I ask once again. At what point is there enough evidence in hand to start criminal proceedings? It seems like the strategy is to compile so much evidence that a trial isn’t even needed and the perps plead guilty and lock themselves in jail.

  2. My company recently asked me to house their corporate servers at my apartment. They said that my guest bathroom would be an excellent location since it doesn’t get much use.
    Yeah, seems logical…

They did ask me to stop sending so many emails about yoga and family vacations though. 😉

  3. And?! We knew this years ago. I recall them publishing that Obama received email from her and he also had a non gov email address. I’m over this rehashing every day for years on end with no results.

  4. Who ever heard of a SOS sending top secret emails to the president?

That email was set up as a wedding planner…

And as a means to solicit donations to the family charity

  5. @anon: “What was Obungles e mail address?”

“”Once informed that the sender’s name is believed to be a pseudonym used by the president, Abedin exclaimed: ‘How is this not classified?'” the report says. “Abedin then expressed her amazement at the president’s use of a pseudonym and asked if she could have a copy of the email.”
The State Department has refused to make public that and other emails Clinton exchanged with Obama. Lawyers have cited the “presidential communications privilege,” a variation of executive privilege, in order to withhold the messages under the Freedom of Information Act.
The report doesn’t provide more details on the contents of that particular email exchange, but says it took place on June 28, 2012, and had the subject line: “Re: Congratulations.”

When the government of the new country gets around to making membership in the government of the previous country a crime.
