An investigation into a video that surfaced on social media last month of a man drinking booze poured down a female’s exposed backside while tailgating in a private lot outside New Era Field has led to charges being filed against a Lackawanna man.
Orchard Park police were alerted about the video on Oct. 16 and an investigation began that also involved the Buffalo Bills, Erie County Probation Office and the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Through the investigation, police identified the man as Mohamed Dhali, 25, who was on probation. The female was identified as a 17-year-old Lakeview resident.
