I sympathize. Once I got drafted to umpire a little league game when the real ump didn’t show up. Kids were crying . . . parents were yelling . . .
Send him to the Dominican League to umpire. When he makes bad calls there that costs the Cartels betting money…….well, you can imagine the rest of the story.
He and Dave Pallone were the worst umps I ever saw.

He couldn’t actually been as bad as he was without intent. He must have been getting a spiff or maybe being blackmailed. Either way, he was a black eye for MLB.
