CARBONDALE, Pa. — Bank employees in Lackawanna County used hold-up alarms to get help for a woman who police say had been kidnapped.
The suspect, Wilson Medina-Garcia, was arrested by Carbondale police.
According to police, Medina-Garcia held a woman captive since Tuesday afternoon.
Then just after noon, he took the woman to the PNC Bank on South Main Street in Carbondale and ordered her to take out a $5,000 loan. more
The sentence will be 60 days home confinement. Oh, you don’t have a home? OK, 60 days in the home of the victim, but there better not be any trouble.
If you’re going to kidnap someone, make sure they have money and don’t require a loan…. sheesh!

Hmmmmm….I wonder what the guy’s immigration status is?
Good for the employees helping her. Nice to hear about good people.
I wonder if he was going to co-sign for the loan
It’s the Biden economy…no one has cash anymore. Kidnapper probably just wanted enough money to fill his tank .
What are the odds the filthy spic kidnapper was not even a legal US citizen?
