NYP:
Pete Rose’s cause of death was revealed on Tuesday by the Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner.
Corner Melanie Rouse determined that Rose died of natural causes stemming from hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, according to a statement.
Diabetes was also cited as a contributing factor, according to the coroner’s findings.

Now put him in the hall of fame where he belongs. It was a lifetime ban not an eternal ban.
Don’t believe he Died peacefully in his sleep. How much pain was there up until this. Complications from diabetes can be extremely painful. Also a bad heart can cause random shooting pain anywhere in the body.
