Police: Chicago Man completes 4th prison sentence for robbery, robs two more people a month later

CWB: On Jan. 12, just 32 days after Antwyon Underwood was discharged from parole for his fourth robbery conviction, he and an accomplice robbed one of their neighbors in Rogers Park, prosecutors alleged.

The next night, 33-year-old Underwood allegedly called an Evanston pizzeria and used his real name to arrange for delivery to the 1700 block of West Jonquil Terrace.

When the 25-year-old driver arrived around 1:30 a.m., Underwood and 30-year-old Errol Martin implied that they had guns as they forced their way into the victim’s vehicle and stole his valuables, according to allegations in court records. more

  6. Perhaps a workable defense for this guy: I was born that way.

Yeah, he was born a criminal. It’s in his DNA. He can’t help it. A Chicago judge will understand that and set him free, again.
