On Tuesday, the Trump campaign took their election fight in Wisconsin to the US Supreme Court where they will be challenging 50,000 absentee ballots.
The announcement was first released by Trump advisor Boris Epshteyn during Steve Bannon’s show, War Room. More
This suit joins those already filed for Pennsylvania and Arizona with more filings expected for Georgia. The fight for a clean election will continue to broaden in front of the Supreme Court until the justices see fit to hear the cases on their merits.

How did you arrive at DefCon 3?
Time’s moving pretty fast with deadlines approaching in days and weeks, is anyone thinking there is enough time left for this to make its way through the Court process before it is too late to do any good?
I’m doubtful of it, but I have no indication of how fast the Supremes will be on this even if they accept the case.
Any thoughts on the legal reasoning they will employ in their decision if they do?
It’s a good approach. Bombard the Supremes with cases…overwhelm Roberts till he cries “uncle” and agrees to hear them.
