The persons of interest 
are the only two that can possibly be attackers. If they aren’t, this is a hoax.
Why?
Because on video they have Smollett walking down the street, then he disappears from camera range for 1 minute. When he reappears on video he is wearing the rope around his neck.
These two were the only ones in the area at the time.
Implausibly, in 1 minute the “brutal attack” needs to occur, as well as another improbable detail.
Smollett’s manager claims to be an ear witness to the attack.
No word if Smollett was on the phone just prior to going out of camera range. But what we do know is that the manager never called police after claiming to have heard the assault.
Also, Smollett refused to hand over his phone to police.
It’s a hoax folks.
And this one, on the heels of all the other fake news they’ve been peddling this month, is going to make everyone on the left look triply stupid.
