Tennessee Star: Representative Jim Cooper (D-TN-05) will release a bill next week proposing the expulsion of Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA-14). Cooper jumped to co-sponsor the resolution to expel Greene promised by Representative Jimmy Gomez (D-CA-34) after a sampling of Greene’s old social media posts were published by the media in spades.
Cooper made the announcement in a Twitter post on Thursday, claiming that “she’s a danger to the House [and] to the country.”

Greene also alleged in a lengthy Twitter thread that the media failed to recognize the plethora of posts concurrent to the controversial ones. These posts depicted an entirely different side to Greene contradicting some of the allegations raised against her, including expressed love for famed Black poet Maya Angelou and body positivity. more here

The standard of comparison should be Maxine Waters. Whatever level of bonkers malevolence and corruption she displays, including not even living in her District, a Representative has to equal that measure and then exceed it by at least 10 to be kicked out of that august body.
Her people put her in with 75% of their votes. They have spoken and that’s the end lf that unless she commits crimes like the specially protected, king-rat leadership. Silencing people takes away the last vestiges of rational dialogue. After that happens the peaceful processes are exhausted and other activities come sharply into play.
