Why is this a big deal?
It’s not, really. All Too Much sent it and I watched the clip. https://youtu.be/Jli9oqX0bp8?t=5m3s
He’s pretty damn good. They say he’s been appearing on Sacramento TV since he was a kid.
And he seems like a happy, nice guy. It’s odd how your life can change on a dime. He was thrown out of a party and returned with a gun and shot up the place.
Now he’s sitting in jail awaiting his fate.
I guess he’ll have some blues cred now.
He was calm when the SJW chick whispered “I smell bacon”, but when she told him he was appropriating African-American culture, he just snapped.
It’s just a sucky boring party until the shooting gets started.
I got da Cultural Appropriation Bluuuuuuuuuues
Yeah, I got dem CA bluuuuuues
Whoa baby, dontcha know
I can beat dat ‘monika blow dat ‘monika shake dat ‘monika
but I got privilege holdin’ me, baby,
privilege holdin’ me,
privilege holdin’ me BLUUUUUUUUUUUUES…….
The clip is from a great canjun place in San Jose. if you ever make out to San Jose, a great funky place to eat.

Well I guess drinking and firing a gun don’t mix. I can tell you the one guy I didn’t trust on that stage was Rick Estrin and the Nightcats. I saw him in Mendocino at a bar. Yeah the guy can play the harp, but the bar owner told me he wouldn’t trust his daughter to be alone with that guy. Use to go to SF to Lou’s on the wharf, lots of upcoming blues artists from the Bay Area play there.
For those who like the harp – ain’t none no better! Big Mama Thorton and Slim Harpo

I wonder if he’ll be performing this in prison.

If you listen to the words carefully, lot of it is about sex. “I’ve got a little red rooster” played by Big Mama Thorton, then by The Rolling Stones. It was the blues that got many of the groups in the early 60’s famous. The blues had a big influence on music back then.
