Any “civil officer” of the U.S. can be impeached, according to the Constitution. Back in 1799, is was inexplicably decided that Senators were not civil officers. I don’t believe any such decision has ever been made regarding Representatives.

Uh oh. Everyday during the public kangaroo impeachment Schiff Show – Adam provided evidence he is a fool by speaking. Subsequently he began to understand the meaning of the old saying – It’s better to remain silent & be thought to be a fool than to speak and remove all doubt, thereby providing the proof he’s a fool – so he’s decided to remain silent to be in alignment with no evidence revealed during the hearing he chaired. If only for a limited time.
