DailyCaller: The science on global warming is settled, so settled that 20 climate scientists are asking President Barack Obama to prosecute people who disagree with them on the science behind man-made global warming.
Scientists from several universities and research centers even asked Obama to use the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) to prosecute groups that “have knowingly deceived the American people about the risks of climate change, as a means to forestall America’s response to climate change.” More here

Down to twenty are they? I wonder what happened to the thousands upon thousands of scientists that supported the theory of man made global, warming (or cooling, it’s hard to keep them straight). This sounds like it may be 20 guilty men trying to shift focus off their fraud before people’s eyes are truly open.
Don’t even imagine that these twenty people just spontaneously got together and put this “request” together. It’s a put-up job probably orchestrated by the Obama administration. The left are nothing if not organized. They don’t do spontaneous individual action.
Force them all upon a penalty of death to endorse their lie. Will see if they put their lives on it of just how credible that claim is.

Since nobody but they are making money because of this hoax, the RICO hardly seems appropriate, they cannot call it religious persecution cause that is one of the labels put on them by the deniers and they vehemently deny it.
They are starting to sound awfully Muslim like in their faith of something that cannot be proven.
A court case would produce subpoenas, I don’t think they want forensic accountants going over their figures.
If anyone needs to be investigated and prosecuted under RICO laws it would be the people who were elected to all 3 branches of the federal government, and those who work for them, including those who work for an agency controlled by them.
The way I look at the local crack dealer conspires to get people addicted to crack, and he bankrupts them, and destroys their lives.
The dealers who work at the federal level conspire to get people addicted to an entitlement mentality of living off of other people’s money, and they bankrupt a nation, and destroy it. I’ve told people for 30 years. In the hierarchy of criminals the politician is at the top. They have to be tricked to migrating to a city we call the capitol. Where we can keep an eye on them, and most of the time keep them under control. Occasionally a Hitler, Stalin, Queen Mary I, or Pol Pot runs amok, and is out of control for a few years. But since they are usually highly skilled at avoiding jail time – tricking them to self concentrate in a few cities is the best we can do. The second layer down from the top of the criminal pyramid when be the mafia/ yakuza types, and so on down to shop lifting pranksters at the lowest level.
