In case you haven’t been watching the financial markets today, Italy is in freefall and taking the major international stock and bond markets with it. The sell off stems from the inability of the Italians to form a new coalition government and the prospect of the impasse leading to Italy being the next to exit the European Union. More Here and Here
I hate it when my Italian Bank stocks take a hit…
Oh- wait
Dodged that bullet again!
the real reason is President Mattaralla barred the duly-elected (right-leaning, get-the-hell-out-from-under-the-euro) coalition to form it’s majority … just another leftist thwarting democracy
Maybe there’s still some hope left for those that see what the EU is and time to try and save themselves.
Personally I’d say they’re still screwed, but perhaps we could be entertained by a nice civil shooting war against the diversity people…
Hmmm. So what’s he saying? Allowing a couple million inbred, illiterate, satan idolizing, murdering, unskilled, thieving, animal raping muslims in and putting them on welfare just so they’ll vote for leftists didn’t work out?
If it weren’t for the financial pain inflicted on the undeserving, I would delight in seeing the Eurocrats panic as more and more of their would-be subjects see their power grab for what it is: cultural murder.
Meanwhile, back in Chicago.
Bang bang, you shot me down
Bang bang, I hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, my baby shot me down
A couple more years and the movements to exit the EU will be overwhelming. Right now they are a small majority which the establishment can thwart, but their doing so will sway even more against them. Delaying exit just increases the pain.
Soros + HFT.
THE Plain Truth CULTURAL MURDER.
Short & to the point UNK A.

He didn’t “thwart” democracy. He was protecting democracy from voters. And Russians.
“The sell off stems from the inability of the Italians to form a new coalition government …”
Anybody remember a year or two ago when the EU forced Italy to take a loan at 6% and give it to Spain at 3%? The EU is a cesspit of financial mismanagement and duplicity – Brussels is robbing the poor to enrich themselves – and this is the result.
izlamo delenda est …
Where have you gone…Leo-nar-do? Mi-chel… or Pal-la-dio?
Oh oh oh…ooh ooh ooh.
Italian right needs to do whatever it needs to in order to form the government. Then immediately announce that they will enter in talks to exit the EU and at the same time starting trade treaty talks with Britain.
