What Texas could do is put wire around the park. They could give the BP access to the park but not allow anyone without proper documentation out. Do not provide any facilities in the park. If anyone complains, Texas could say “They are more than welcome to go back to where they came from.”

In response to the “Massive deportations to start as soon as Trump is elected” comment. Even if Trump tries, there are too many RINOs who will fight any deportation orders. I have a feeling that if a lawsuit made it to the Supreme Court there would probably be at least two non-leftist justices who would call such deportations as unconstitutional.
Maybe we could sink the concertina wire just beneath the river surface?
