Trump Appeals Judgment in NYC Civil Fraud Case

GP:

President Trump on Monday appealed the $454 million judgment in the New York City Soviet-style show trial brought by AG Letitia James.

Radical Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James sought $370 million in ‘damages’ when there is no victim in this fraud case and she also sought to ban Trump and his sons from operating any businesses in New York. She accused Trump of inflating his assets and defrauding lenders and insurance companies.

Earlier this month Judge Engoron ordered Trump to pay more than a $355 million fine and barred Trump “from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for a period of three years.” more

  1. From what I have read they have only filed notice that they will try to appeal verdict. They, Trump & his attorneys of record have until March 25th to post $450 million or an equivalent bond to start the appeal process. No cash bond or an equivalent bond no appeal process will be considered.

  2. You can’t keep a good man down. Trumps working a deal to Take Truth Social public. It will net him close to 4 Billion. I don’t think he’s doing this out of desperation, more of a matter of the timing is right.

  3. Furthermore the prior lawsuit of E J Carroll’s is in the same situation. That’s another $110 million due within 30 days to file that appeal. Those together are over a half billion dollars in cash or bonds due within 30 days to be able to appeal those verdicts.

  4. It’s time to throw all the judges out and start over.

Read Megan Fox’s latest article at PJ Media for an example of how judges are dealing with civil rights in America, and not just the idiocy directed at Donald Trump. Somehow we became Canada overnight…

  5. I suggest donating directly to Pres Trump @ Mar a Lago. Make a personal gift to him by check. Don’t send money to a PAC or Fund. If 10 million people gave him $50 each, he’d have $500 million ready cash.

Think of it as an investment.

    I did my part.

  6. It’s interesting to watch how Blacks use and direct their power of political office considering we’re constantly browbeaten and reminded of how mistreated Blacks were by people with political power.
