I’ve been vacillating on whether the new Trump administration should make going after those in the gov’t, particularly the DoJ/FBI for their Jan 6 plot/execution/cover-up, a priority, or if any benefit would be worth the protracted mess, plus the opportunity for Democrats to start in on their “See, we told you he’d use the gov’t to persecute his enemies!”
Still, I’m not fully decided. There’s got to be a way of bringing EVERYONE involved to real justice without the drip, drip, drip quagmire we’ve come to expect from these things.
I believe it’s imperative for the sake of our Republic that the truth of January 6th be fully exposed. I don’t think we can make a clean break without that.
“Cover up” has become the first line of defense for these crumbs!
AA – If our laws mean anything at all, people at any level should be prosecuted accordingly regardless of extenuating circumstances.

A lot of us voted for Trump just for this reason. These people are like cancer. They’ll go into remission for four years and be back with a vengeance. All of these people, every last stinking one of them, needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This can never happen in our country again. I’m looking forward to the military tribunals.

Trump has to get some big Main Street and Kitchen Table wins out of the way, I think, for the sake of all Americans, no matter how they voted. I think only then will he be able to have the peoples’ trust, enough, that he can take on what the media and Democrat operatives will use as a cudgel of “he’s using the legal system to persecute his political enemies!” I say this because, unlike their phony press/courtroom prosecution against Trump, there will be people going to prison for legitimate crimes. Bondi and Patel are not people who will be content until everything is presented in a neat package with a bow on top. They are not conflicted or compromised.
…also, he needs some very convincing wins that benefit all Americans before the ’26 elections. It’s going to be historically hard enough to maintain majorities in the Congress even with those wins.
Being reasonable and diplomatic isn’t going to gain anyone’s trust or confidence. That will only convey weakness and a lack of determination. Trump can win major Main Street and Kitchen Table issues the very first day with a flurry of EO’s. Then the war against the TRAITOROUS BASTARDS can start!

I think he’s already laying the ground work for mass prosecution with key people in key positions. Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hegseth, Kash Patel, and the real sleeper is John Ratcliffe. He will rip that agency apart and expose the bad guys. This needs to fixed before we move on.

Watch the old surveillance videos. That’s a woman’s walk. And listen to Trump’s remark today. He specifically never mentioned gender. He said, “And why didn’t they find the bomber? The pipe bomber? Y’know, they know who the pipe bomber is. The FBI knows who it is.”
