Imagine my surprise, all these years later, when I saw this:

Ima DOD contractor. No, it doesn’t need a shake up, it needs burned down. The Military primes have an extensive R and D department that includes an accounting department to determine dollars spent vs peeps killed. The Pentagon play favorites. Just look at what they did with the F35. A terrible air frame. These people don’t have our countries best interests ay heart. Fire them all. We should listen to the primes. They know their shit. This is based off of my experience. Also, I’m not giving anything away here that can’t be found on the interwebb, but Northrup Grumman, RMS, and LMS have financed their own project on intercepts of Hyper sonic Missiles. They;’re damn close.
If by “shake up” you mean firing every one of those DEI loving, dress wearing paper pushers, who couldn’t find their balls with a map, and replace them with real warriors who understand God, country, duty, and honor, then yes, I support this shake up.
Hegseth understands the problem and knows exactly what to do. Confirm him and then turn them loose.
