Time to play the Dem’s favorite card…file federal civil rights charges & lawsuits against the bad actors. (It’s how the feds went after the Rodney King cops after they were acquitted in state court.) When they are facing many years in a federal pen or millions in fines/judgements, a whole bunch of squealing..I mean, “cooperating with investigators” is likely to happen.
