  3. The dems have been drunkenly spending for many years. With yet another well drying up they’ll be in a blind panic especially with this election coming up. Trump is stomping their guts out. Fun to watch.

  4. The practice has netted unions billions of dollars from public-sector home healthcare workers forced to pay union dues or “agency fees” equivalent to 85 percent of a dues payment to cover the cost of representation for non-members.

    So it’s been going on for twenty years, Ofrauda just “legalized it” with a decree.

    If there were no Medicaid payments to begin with, there could be no fraud. And this was payment to “public-sector home healthcare workers.” WTF is that?
