Operation zero footprint (i.e. supply arms to Al Qaeda) was treason, literally. Being tricked into attending a meeting with a Russian spy that was colluding with the Obama regime in an attempt to hack the election for the rapist’s wife is not.

Is this not what did Mrrs. Obama and Holder in allowing, even encouraging, illegal alien-invading rat-people to vote? Is that not “giving them aid and comfort?” Is that not “adhering to their enemies?”
Could not the same be said of Mr. Obama’s and Mrs. Lynch’s pursuit of undermining the electoral process? How is that not “levying war?”
What of Mr. Obama’s various assaults upon our economy? Our business? Our Health?
Treason (prior to Henry VIII) was any assault upon the person of the sovereign.
Post Henry’s accession, it was any assault upon the state (however the sovereign chose to define that). Our Constitution has declined to define “levying war” so it may be construed however our black-robed juridical pretenders choose – or however our feckless prevaricative Legislature chooses.
Mr. Kaine was not being his normal, pusillanimous, mendacious self when he leveled the charge of “treason” against Mr. Trump Jr. (and implicitly against President Trump) – he was threatening to unmake the decided will of the people (through their election of President Trump) and do violence to our Constitution and ourselves by means of a Legislative coup d’etat.
It should be made crystalline clear to him that We, the People of the United States, will NOT allow him, and his “treasonous” ilk, any success in his endeavor.

Treason – as defined in the Constitution – is exactly what Obama did in funding, training, and arming ISIS/Al Qaeda/etc..

We have moved beyond actual crimes to process crimes. Best of luck avoiding a perjury trap, Don Jr. These people are evil, and they must have their pound of flesh. It looks more and more like they’ve settled on yours. I will not be surprised if Sean Hannity gets a subpoena, too.
Lots of talk about the Libby case and getting Trump Jr. or one of the others on a perjury charge. All they need to do avoid that is use the rapist’s wife’s defense: Answer every question, “I don’t recall”, “I don’t remember”.
@pbunyan – Scooter Libby did that and got convicted for obstruction of justice. Two sets of rules for Dems and Repubs.
